Book: Ready Player One
Author: Ernest Cline
Rating(1-5 Stars)
4.5 Stars: "The story is fresh, the 80's references are also fun tidbits within the book but aren't necessary to understand the plot. It is very fun and humorous, and despite the fact that I normally don't play video games the plot remained relatable and I could invest time and interest in the book. The characters are likable, and each one has their own special quirks that makes them unique, particularly Aech. My only critique is that sometimes the atheist beliefs of the main character Wade seemed a bit forced on the reader, which I think was unnecessary."- B.B., grade 12
