Summer Reading has officially started at the library! From now thru July 11th, teens entering grades 6-12 can sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge AND Teen Summer Programs! Stop by the Teen Desk or the Reference Desk for more info.
Want to get a cool book/prize or guarantee a spot in a summer program? I suggest signing up early! Like I said, sign ups will continue until July 11th, after that you can still sign up for programs but it will be considered too late to sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge.
Going away for the
summer? No worries! There is an online SR program this year!
While we can't mail prizes to you, you can still log books online through
Wandoo during the summer and level up your avatar. If you participate
partly online and partly physically at the library we can chat about prizes-
feel free to email me or stop in for questions!
Check out our teen page here. Can't wait to see you
this summer!

P.S., all Summer Reading Challenge reviews will be posted on Mondays to this blog. Don't worry, I will be using initials and grade only- so you can say what you want about a book and stay anonymous! I look forward to your bookish thoughts!
P.S.S. Not sure what is okay to say about a book? That's okay! It doesn't have to be long, just tell us why you did or didn't like the book/graphic novel/manga/school summer reading pick. It's that easy 😊
